Xiuzhong College is the ninth undergraduate program college, and the second multi-interdisciplinary college at Tsinghua University. The name “Xiuzhong” comes from the lyrics of Tsinghua University’s school anthem, which embodies the vision of "gathering resources from all parties, cultivating outstanding talents committed to promoting harmonious coexistence between humans and nature".

Mission: Xiuzhong College is the cradle for designers, builders, and scientists of the Digital and Intelligent Earth system. With a mission to cultivate the leader in science and technology for global sustainable development.

The College implements an Individualized Education, supporting students to freely choose or independently design their main fields of professional study. Focusing on major national needs and future technological challenges, it carries out penetrating research training and immersive practical inquiry to foster students' innovation and creativity. It emphasizes the “integration of engineering and management,” strengthening the management capabilities of engineering and technical talents. Furthermore, it has established the “Global Green Governance Talent Program” to strengthen competencies for positions in international organizations and multinational corporations.
