Prof. LIU Jianguo is the Vice Dean of Xiuzhong College and a Professor in the School of Environment, specializing in Solid Waste Management and Resource Valorisation. He is the Director of the Institute of Solid Waste Control and Resource Utilization. His expertise covers crucial areas for sustainable development, including municipal solid waste classification and management systems, organic solid waste resource and energy recovery, and sustainable landfill and ecological remediation technologies. Prof. LIU is actively involved in international academic discourse, serving on the Scientific Advisory Committee of the International Solid Waste Working Group (IWWG).
